- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As per Chicago Title and Century 21 Tulare we were on track for closing on January 20, right up to the the afternoon of the 20th when we called for a status on the closing of our home sell when they informed us they had overnighted the documents to our buyer and that maybe they would be back in the office Monday or Tuesday of the following week. No communication prior to this that would indicate closing as scheduled would be a problem. The house we are purchasing and scheduled to move in has now been thrown in to disarray, our moving schedule, our sellers schedule and everything that goes in to moving all because of lack of communication. It doesn't pay to depend or count on those you are paying if they do not follow through and do their job. What is our recourse? They still get paid. And we end up in a limbo waiting. We asked our Real Estate office, "who can give us accurate information", they said "I don't know".By Tami Brubaker, June 13, 2017
